Antonio BonetPaella, arroz negro, prawns... experience a gastronomic and fishing adventure on board a great boat
Enjoy the dolphins while you savour the best paella at a fishing journey
Antonio Bonet has been sailing through the waters of Mallorca for 40 years. Nowadays he is accompanied by his son Jaime, who speaks fluent English, for fishing prawns or Norway lobster. Embark at the Cap Salines, a wonderful 25 meter long boat and equipped with all the comforts (dining room, kitchen, bathroom, six bunk beds and a terrace) and set your course from Andratx to Sóller travelling the Serra de Tramuntana or the Channel of Ibiza from Cabrera, from Monday to Friday and from January to December. His cook, one of the best of the fleet, will delight you with a gastronomic feast, based on paella, black rice or grilled fish, fresh from the nets, at no cost and included in the price of the excursion. You will live an unforgettable journey: watching dolphins, admiring the most beautiful dawn of the Mediterranean and discovering the seafaring traditions of Mallorca.
